Tidy Nest Professional Organizing is not responsible for the loss of items that were not disclosed or properly secured by the client.
8. Donations and Item Removal
Clients are solely responsible for identifying and approving any items designated for donation, recycling, disposal, shredding, or relocation.
Tidy Nest Professional Organizing will handle these items according to the client's instructions. Once items have been removed from the property or delivered to a donation center, recycling facility, or disposal site at the client's direction, Tidy Nest Professional Organizing is not responsible for recovering, replacing, or compensating for those items.
